This project, called “unsettled”, succinctly describes the mood prevailing in Japan in the wake of the Fukushima Nuclear catastrophe.
Since then, people lack a consensus and a share conception of how to manage the crisis.
And due to the diverse attitudes toward the nuclear issues, we have no collective opinions; this “unsettled” state distracts us from finding definite solutions for these problems.
